If given all the power, how would you eliminate racial hierarchy or racial privilege?

Well, how I would do it first is probably make laws about racial inequality. In those laws, I will state how each race is treated. (Good or bad). I will start of the process of increasing pay to people who get paid less because of skin tone. I will then make laws about racism including that if you are to treat anyone wrongly because of their race you will be fined or thrown in jail! I will make sure nobody ever gets harmed or hurt by adding let's say for one thing cameras in neighborhoods so I can monitor everyone's actions! I can do a lot more but these are some suggestions.
