Why is it for adults in south texas to speak both english and spanish

Cuz a lot of people who are American and Hispanic come to South Texas

Because South Texas is oh so very close to Mexico that many Mexican immigrants live there.

why dont you use a translator. just download the google translate app that allows you to gake a photo and then it translates everything for you.
