1. Because it allows you to have confidence to speak, because self-concept and self-esteem allow you to elaborate what you want to convey more appropriately, without fear of standing up and defending your arguments, because you believe what you are talking about.

2. Because each person analyzes perceptions and events in their own way, often using personal concepts, which promote a completely different interpretation from each other.

3. The media tries at all times to dictate to me what is right and what is not and although I try to act according to my own thoughts, I recognize that concepts addressed in the media are constantly present in my subconscious and can interfere in my self perception.
