3rd one there cant be anything under or over a line so it cant be the circle or the parabola so it has to be the 3rd one

The function would be the third graph. to find out if a graph is a function do something called a vertical line test. basically take a pencil or something straight and out it vertically against the graph then push it along the graph. at each given point there should only be one point. so the first two would not pass the vertical line test
